If BG SPIRIT LLC accepts payments through invoices, online tools, payment links, cards, ACH, checks, wire transfers, or third-party processors, users are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
Third-Party Payment Processors
BG SPIRIT LLC may use third-party payment processors. We do not guarantee that payment platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
BG SPIRIT LLC does not store complete credit card numbers directly on its website servers.
Fees and Errors
- Users are responsible for bank fees and processor fees where applicable.
- Users are responsible for declined payments and inaccurate billing data.
- Chargebacks may delay service or require additional verification.
- Payment disputes must be submitted in writing.
- Invoices, rate confirmations, written agreements, or contracts may control specific payment terms.
No Guaranteed Refunds
Refunds, credits, adjustments, or cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on written agreements, services performed, third-party fees, payment processor rules, and applicable law.
