- Carrier, broker, shipper, receiver, or third-party service disruptions
Effect on Services
Force majeure events may affect pickup times, delivery times, availability, pricing, communication, website access, payment processing, and transportation performance.
No Liability for Uncontrolled Events
BG SPIRIT LLC shall not be liable for losses, penalties, delays, claims, lost profits, or damages caused by force majeure events.
